We roast in small batches daily. Every bag is marked with a 'Roast Date' to ensure you receive your beans at their peak flavor profile, typically within 48 to 72 hours of roasting.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes including Espresso, Drip, or French Press to suit your brewing method.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, while express options are available at checkout.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
