Attach clear photos of the damaged packaging or incorrect items received to help our quality control team verify the claim.
Await Verification
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a return shipping label or a direct replacement is necessary.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either ship out a fresh batch of your selected roast or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
